Actually, 6.88172043 geeks out of 10 prefer Nagios, but we like to round to make it easy for the non-geeks out there. 🙂 The Geek Stuff (thegeekstuff.com) recently ran a survey on favorite monitoring tools. Nagios was by far the most popular tool among geeks! Probably because you can do just about anything with it. Nothing makes a true geek happier than mashing together some great applications and ideas to create the next mega-wonder. Rock on!
