Nagios Core 3.5.0 Released

Nagios Core 3.5.0 has been released and can be downloaded from the downloads page. The Changelog can be found here. This release contains bug fixes and updates related to downtimes, restarts, and to the way non-ASCII characters are handled. This release includes an application binary interface (ABI) update; existing modules will need to be recompiled in order to work with this release. Thanks to Phil Randal and Eric Stanley for their contributions.
