In an effort to provide the best support possible to our customers, Nagios recently launched a public Nagios Support Knowledgebase.
The knowledgebase houses documentation covering general topics related to the Nagios software suite, installation instructions, product information (including troubleshooting docs), and information about the options available with Nagios’ support and maintenance plans. The knowledgebase also features a glossary to help users navigate quickly to important topics.
“I’m really excited about the launch of the KB as I believe it is a benefit to both our community and the employees of Nagios,” said Support Manager Trevor McDonald.
The new knowledgebase will help Nagios users access valuable support information and documentation at any time or location. Visitors to the knowledgebase do not need an account.
The Nagios Support Knowledgebase is part of an ongoing initiative to provide valuable information to the Nagios community.
