SMS FoxBox Description

SMS FoxBox is a compact and low cost hardware gateway to send and receive SMS messages using a commercial SIM card. It includes a GSM quad band modem, a SD/MMC memory card to store the messages (up to 2 million with the default 1GByte card) and a Linux systems to manage the SMS queue by means of an easy to use Web interface.

SMS FoxBox can also operate as an SMS to TCP/IP gateway to integrate a wide range of network and desktop applications with the SMS messaging.

FoxBox proactively notifies you of problems immediately via SMS reducing downtime. FoxBox does NOT require internet connectvity for sending SMS messages but route messages using a SIM card. In this way you'll always receive sms-notifications.
